Eric has over 17 years of work experience in the restoration and renovation industry, where he has developed core competencies in team building, business development, and operations management. His mission is to provide exceptional service and solutions to clients who face complex and challenging situations, such as emergency or disaster response, environmental remediation, facility maintenance, and construction services. Eric has a passion for engaging with people and cultivating meaningful, lasting relationships. He is currently Director of Business Development at Elite Commercial Group where we focus on key clients with strong relationships.
Eric graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2002 where he had the opportunity to play football. He has been married for 20 years with two boys. We spend most of our time at a field watching the boys do what they love playing sports or on family vacations.

Zari's most valuable characteristic is the ability of building strong client relationships. As a seasoned Business Development Manager in the industry for many years, Zari exemplifies expertise in networking, client engagement, and fostering long-term partnerships while expanding business opportunities.
Zari is originally from Columbus, Ohio, and has made Roswell, Ga her home with her husband and daughter. She carries over her commitment and love of family to Elite Commercial Group as a trusted, reliable, and caring team member and as your National Account Manager.

He began his career in business development, where his exceptional dedication to client satisfaction and his ambitious drive to expand his knowledge within the industry quickly set him apart. His commitment to personal and professional growth enabled him to transition seamlessly through a series of increasingly responsible positions, culminating in his current role as Project Director.
Throughout his journey, Mike has effectively navigated the complexities of large-scale national projects, which have significantly enriched his expertise in both mitigation and restoration, as well as the broader construction landscape. His hands-on experience in estimating and project management has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in each phase of project execution.
Originally from upstate New York, Mike has established his home in North Georgia, where he lives with his wife and two children. His commitment to professional excellence, coupled with his values as a dedicated family man, uniquely positions him as a leader and mentor in the restoration and construction field. As Mike continues to advance in his career, he remains focused on achieving greater heights within the industry. With a rich career spanning over 27 years, I have dedicated my life to assisting people during their most challenging times. Since entering the industry in 1998, my passion for helping others has driven my work, particularly in responding to clients impacted by catastrophic events and national disasters. Through my efforts, I have had the privilege of helping individuals and families restore their lives to a sense of normalcy.
My journey has taken me across the country, as I have traveled extensively to respond to various needs, from small community issues to large-scale disaster responses. This diverse range of experiences has equipped me with invaluable knowledge and skills that I bring to each project I undertake. Working for several companies throughout my career has further enriched my expertise, allowing me to adapt to different challenges and environments effectively.
Throughout my professional life, I have been involved in projects of varying scales, from small local initiatives to significant commercial undertakings. My commitment to education extends beyond my clients; I relish the opportunity to share my knowledge with others in the industry. Whether through formal training sessions or informal mentorship, I believe that empowering others is a crucial part of my role.
On a personal note, I am happily married to my wife, Stephanie, and we are proud parents to two wonderful children, Tyler and Caitlin. Our family shares a strong bond and values the importance of supporting one another, much like my professional philosophy of assisting individuals during their times of need.
